My name is Ethan Hanbury, I am a stylised 3D Artist born in Oxford and raised in Swansea, UK.
Growing up I always had a passion for Art and Technology, most of my time was spent either doodling or experiencing Video Games and Animated Film. During my GCSEs I studied both Art and Graphic Design, where I began to start experimenting with Adobe Photoshop and other digital art tools.
I developed these skills further during my A Levels when I decided to take Art, Creative Media and Computer Science. During my Art lessons I would often find myself sculpting with clay, and during Computer Science I was learning how to code with Python - and that's when it occurred to me, why not try combining the two? The natural conclusion: 3D Modelling.
As a result I went to go study BA Computer Animation at The University of South Wales in Cardiff where I have specialised as a 3D Artist using software such as Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Unreal Engine and more.
